• analysis based solely on the information provided by the Client
This purchase does not include:
• coaching sessions
• live calls or consultations
• ongoing support or follow-up guidance
• business implementation services
2. Delivery Timeline
Reports are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after the intake form has been submitted.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on submission volume or scheduling.
3. Intake Form Accuracy
The quality and accuracy of the Signal Report depend on the information provided by the Client.
Kehla G & Co. is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information submitted through the intake form.
4. Refund Policy
The Signal Report is a custom digital service created specifically for the Client.
Because this work involves personalized analysis and preparation, all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, payment reversals, or exchanges will not be issued under any circumstances once the purchase has been completed.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Client acknowledges that the purchase is final and agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated:
• access to the Report and any related materials will be revoked immediately
• evidence of delivery and usage will be submitted to dispute the claim
• Kehla G & Co. reserves the right to pursue collections or legal action if necessary
A chargeback does not cancel the Client’s financial obligation.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials contained within the Signal Report — including analysis, frameworks, writing, diagrams, commentary, and supporting materials — are the intellectual property of Kehla G & Co.
Client receives a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only.
Client may not:
• distribute the Report
• share the Report publicly
• reproduce or publish the content
• upload the Report to external platforms
• use the analysis to create derivative programs, tools, or competing products
7. No Guarantees
The Signal Report is intended as a strategic analysis and educational insight.
Kehla G & Co. does not guarantee:
• business outcomes
• revenue growth
• clarity or decision-making results
• personal or professional breakthroughs
All business decisions and actions remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
8. No Professional Advice
Nothing within the Signal Report constitutes:
• legal advice
• financial advice
• medical or psychological advice
All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
